Provjerite stanje svoje želučane kiseline uz pomoć ovog jednostavnog testa

Obično niste svjesni važnosti zdrave želučane kiseline. Ta se tema spominje samo kada je kiselina prejaka, pa izaziva žgaravicu i druge probavne smetnje. Kiselina može biti i slaba, a tada, iako to ne primjećujete, nastaju problemi koji vas mogu stajati zdravlja i linije.

Zato je važno da znate kakva je vaša kiselina u želudcu, a sudeći prema tvrdnjama stručnjaka, rješenje bi mogao biti sok od cvekle. 

Za početak ćemo objasniti čemu kiselina zapravo služi i šta se događa ako je ona preslaba.

Za zdrav organizam potrebna je i zdrava količina želučane kiseline. Prejaka kiselina snažno će utjecati na probavne smetnje, dok će preslaba ili nedostatna količina kiseline u želudcu štetiti, jer nećete moći dobro probaviti proteine i vitamin B12, uz sve ostale boljke koje ćete moći primijetiti i sami. Od nadutosti i plinova, osjetljivosti na pojedine namirnice, bolova u trbuhu.

Najvažniji su proteini i vitamin B12. Ako je vaša kiselina slaba, nećete moći probaviti proteine, odnosno, oni će se nakon probavljanja taložiti kao frakcije proteina u tankom crijevu, a neće se pretvoriti u organizmu prijeko potrebne amino kiseline. Što se tiče vitamina B12, loša će probava utjecati na njegovu smanjenu apsorpciju, a rezultat bi mogao biti konstantan umor i nedostatak energije.

Zato je kiselina jako važna, a kakva je vaša, provjerite brzinskim testom. Uz pomoć cvekle ili soka od cvekle. 

Za test je potrebno pojesti zdjelicu salate od cvekle ili popiti nekoliko kašika čistog soka od cvekle. Nakon toga malo pričekajte te se zatim pomokrite i provjerite boju svog urina. Ako je nakon konzumiranja cvekle urin ostao proziran, tek blago žut, vaša je kiselina u redu. No, ako je urin poprimio laganu crvenkastu ili roskastu boju, to je znak da vam je kiselina preslaba. U tom biste slučaju za lijek trebali obratiti gastroenterologu koji će istražiti uzrok slabe kiseline te pronaći najbolji lijek.

Inače, problem slabe kiseline puno je rjeđi od problema njenog pojačanog lučenja, ali su simptomi relativno slični - nadutost, osjećaj težine, plinovi... osim žgaravice.
