Trenerica pokazala tijelo 10 sedmica nakon porođaja: "Plakala sam kad sam se vidjela u ogledalu"

"Pri povratku u formu nakon porođaja važno je osjećati ljubav prema sebi, biti ustrajan i strpljiv. Zapravo je to važno za svakoga ko započinje svoje fitness putovanje", napisala je Skye uz fotografiju kojom je otkrila kako izgleda njeno tijelo samo deset sedmica nakon drugog porođaja.

Emily je dodala da nije osoba sa puno motivacije, nego je mora stvarati svaki dan.

"Kazala sam to puno puta, ali istina je, početak je naporan i apsolutno s****, ali postaje lakše kad postanete spremniji i počnete se osjećati sjajno prije nego što to uopće shvatite. Tokom nekih dana nemam i ne želim vježbati, a ponekad mi je nemoguće vježbati čak i ako to želim - moje bebe trebaju svoju mamu i one su mi, naravno, prioritet", kazala je Skye.

Iako ne može raditi duge i naporne treninge, usredotočena je na to da "trenira kad može" i "jede ono šta je dobro za nju".at 4:50am PDT

"Osjećam se izvrsno", dodala je, napomenuvši da, iako joj se ponekad napredak čini spor, njeno je tijelo već jako napredovalo od početka putovanja.

Istaknula je kako je za promjenu potrebno vrijeme te da se nikada ne bismo trebali upoređivati sa drugima.

"Plakala sam kad sam prvi put vidjela svoje tijelo u ogledalu nakon što sam rodila Izaaca", napisala je u jednoj od prethodnih objava:

"To nije bilo zato što mi se nije svidjelo ono što sam vidjela, već zato što sam bila zaljubljena u vlastito tijelo i osjećala sam strahopoštovanje zbog onoga što je ono upravo učinilo. Nikada u životu nisam više voljela svoje tijelo i umjesto da ga kritiziram i izdvojim svaku takozvanu „manu“, plakala sam od radosti i zahvalnosti i zahvaljivala", dodala je Skye.

Veoma je kaže tužna jer mnoge žene ne vole vlastito tijelo, ali priznaje kako je u prošlosti i sama imala isti problem, piše People.

3.5 weeks postpartum already! Time is FLYING, but I’m so grateful to be feeling really good - both mentally & physically. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ So many women are focussed on how their body looks after childbirth but many women don’t even think about what’s happening internally - in particular the function of the pelvic floor & whether they have diastasis recti (Ab separation). Both are unfortunately often overlooked after birth. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I haven’t started any exercise yet apart from doing pelvic floor work and specific core work to help heal my ab separation. It’s very gentle but it’s already making a difference & my abs are not far off being back together & my pelvic floor is recovering well. ️ It all takes time & we must be gentle with ourselves & have patience - which is my downfall to be honest haha! I’m working on it though! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Ladies!! Ensuring your diastasis recti & pelvic floor is healed after childbirth is so important so please don’t overlook them & rush into exercising. It’s never too late to start healing them but it is best to get on top of it sooner rather than later so you don’t risk making things worse & harder to heal down the track.⁣⁣ Childbirth is not the only cause of these problems by the way - they can happen to anyone but they are common for mothers to have.⁣⁣ Learn as much as you can about how to get your pelvic floor functioning normally & how to heal your DR. The best way to do this is to find a reputable women’s physiotherapist or similar. They can assess you & give you a personalised program to help your body get back to functioning the way it should. ️ - You deserve to feel⁣⁣ your best!! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ P.S.
